We are seeking an experienced Payment Assistance Specialist to support and streamline payment processes for construction projects financed by international development partners. The ideal candidate will ensure payment requests align with project progress, manage financial compliance, and assist in coordinating stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Review payment requests from EVN/PMB3 to verify their conformity with work progress and contractual agreements before submission to financiers for disbursement.
Assist financiers in managing stakeholder coordination and public relations activities related to project financing.
Collaborate with PMB3 and financiers to fulfill tasks outlined in the Site Supervision Consultant (SSC) mandate.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial documentation in compliance with development partner standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in disbursement processes for construction projects funded by development partners such as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), and European Investment Bank (EIB).
Proven expertise in financial compliance and reporting aligned with international standards.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of disbursement procedures and financial documentation.
Familiarity with international funding agency policies and reporting frameworks.
Skills and Attributes:
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills for financial verification.
Strong communication and coordination abilities for managing stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in financial tools and software for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
