We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Administrator to manage and oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting decision-making through financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and statements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets, and assist with financial planning.
Cash Flow: Monitor and manage cash flow and expenditures, and reconcile bank statements.
Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Tax Filings: Prepare and submit tax filings in compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Audits: Prepare documentation and support internal and external audits.
Systems Management: Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and liaise with other departments for financial matters.
Staff Training: Train new accounting staff on specialized tasks and company processes.
Decision Support: Provide key financial data to support organizational decision-making.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
