We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Team Leader to support and lead hydropower construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing technical, operational, and supervisory aspects of project execution, acting as the key interface between stakeholders and ensuring compliance with engineering and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Act on behalf of the Team Leader to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in bidding, design review, and construction supervision.
Review technical designs, ensure alignment with project specifications, and provide guidance on design optimizations and construction methodologies.
Coordinate with project owners and the Site Supervision Consultant (SSC) to resolve technical, contractual, and operational challenges.
Lead the implementation of PMB3 tasks in alignment with SSC-specific mandates and ensure quality control at all project stages.
Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, engineering drawings, and project documentation.
Oversee construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines, safety standards, and budgetary constraints.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 20 years of experience in hydropower construction, with proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated leadership experience, having successfully led at least one hydropower project as Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of civil works, hydropower structures, and geotechnical challenges.
Familiarity with international standards for hydropower construction (e.g., FIDIC, IEC).
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes in construction projects.
